Genes can be locked/unlocked by clicking the name of the gene. Locking the genes will stop them being changed when using the randomise button (the green one under the dog image).

By default only the Base genes are unlocked, the rest are locked.

Some layers maybe missing as this is still a work in progress project.

Also some genes are not yet implemented, and some artistic license has been taken on how these genes work. Using as much information as I can find online, but some genes are still speculative.
